Safety is Our Priority
Since our inception, the safety of our employees has always been a priority to A-C Electric. Providing a safe work environment and promoting safe work practices ensures the health and longevity of our employees and our company.
A-C Electric proudly offers our employees a drug-free work environment. We support and abide by the Policy for Drug and Alcohol-Free
Workplace Program developed and administered by the IBEW Local 354/Intermountain Chapter, NECA Labor-Management Cooperation Committee.
This program advocates new employee testing, as well as random and "for cause" testing procedures.
We have an implemented Safe Work Practices, Policy, and Procedures Program that includes a new employee safety orientation manual, and an ongoing weekly safety meeting process. Safety training is a constant process and an integral part of our business structure.
These programs have created a team of safety conscious employees aware of the dangers that are prevalent in their work environment. Their safe actions extend to our safety record.
